Dalmunach is a Speyside single malt that matured for 10 years, from 2015 to 2026, in a single first-fill bourbon barrel. The whisky was drawn from that one cask rather than a vatting of several, giving 228 bottles for the independent Fragrant Drops collection, each at 63.8% in a 70cl bottle.
It is described as creamy, with notes of vanilla and white chocolate alongside zingy hints of lemon and pineapple.
