Dark Arts Amburana Oak Staves Straight Rye is a straight rye whiskey from Dark Arts Whiskey House, in a 75cl bottle at 56% ABV. It was distilled in Indiana, then finished, blended and bottled in Kentucky. The mash bill is 95% rye and 5% malted barley.
The whiskey is a blend of six to eight years old, finished with Brazilian Amburana oak staves. The wood adds gingerbread flavours that sit over the rye spice, giving a strong nose and complex depth.
