Dartigalongue Millésimé 2006 Bas Armagnac (70cl)

This is a vintage Bas Armagnac from Dartigalongue, distilled in 2006 and presented in a gift tube. It was distilled by the traditional Charentais method from grapes grown in the best crus of the region. A vintage Armagnac reflects a single harvest, and the house makes this one to show how each year's weather and work leave their own mark. The nose is led by vanilla, with citrus and dried apricot. On the palate come liquorice, more vanilla, dried fruit and spice.
