Deadwood Idle Hands 5 Year Old Bourbon

Idle Hands is a 5 year old bourbon from Deadwood, named after a former East Village bar that served rock 'n' roll, beer, whiskey and burgers. Dave worked with the bar's former owner, Rob Morton, to blend two batches of thirteen barrels each, with the whiskey at 5 years old or more. All of it was distilled in Indiana to the heavy rye mash bill used in Tumblin' Dice: 60% corn, 36% rye and 4% barley. The proof range was chosen to suit Rob's preference.
