This is a ten-year-old single cask single malt from Teaninich, bottled independently for the Deerstalker Wild Scotland Collection at 58.5% ABV. The spirit was distilled in February 2010 and matured in a bourbon hogshead, with bottling following a decade later. The outturn was 304 bottles.
The nose is grassy malt with a hint of smoke, alongside apple crumble and vanilla ice cream. On the palate come hazelnuts, almonds, digestive biscuits, peppercorn and cloves, and the finish brings soft touches of lemon sweetness.
