Den Klodsede Bjørn Vermouth Moderne Pink Grape

Vermouth Moderne Pink Grape is a limited edition vermouth from Den Klodsede Bjørn, made by Naja and Frederik Plum. It follows their original Vermouth Moderne, which has found a wide following among vermouth drinkers. The base is made from grapes grown at a vineyard in the Pfalz belonging to a cousin of Heiko Hoos. Peel from ripe pink grapefruit is added, giving a fruitier and more intense character to a vermouth that is already sweet, tart and spiced. It works in cocktails, or simply over ice with a slice of orange. A highball with tonic or grapefruit soda is another way to serve it.
