Devils River Distiller's Select Straight Bourbon Batch 03

This is Distiller's Select Straight Bourbon from Devils River Whiskey, from Batch 03. The brand takes its name from the Devils River in Texas, which the company says it protects as a landmark and whose water it describes as the foundation of its whiskey. The name goes back to the Texas Ranger John Coffee Hays, who gave the river its stronger name after standing at its rough waters and looking into its deep canyons.
