Devils River Distiller's Select is a Texas straight bourbon made from 100% Texas grains, sourced from a co-op of Texas farmers and taken from grain to glass in the one state.
It was distilled and aged for over two years in new number 3 charred American oak barrels, in the heat of the Texas climate, which speeds maturation and gives the bourbon its dark colour. Spring water from the Devils River region brings it down to a bottling strength of 120 proof (60%).
