Devils River Distiller's Select Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 60%)

Devils River Distiller's Select is a Texas straight bourbon bottled at 60% in a 750ml bottle. It is made from grain to glass in San Antonio, using 100% Texas grains from a co-op of Texas farmers, from barrels the distiller hand-selects. The bourbon spends a little over two years in new #3 charred American oak in the Texas heat, and is cut to strength with naturally filtered limestone spring water from the Devils River region. It is deep copper in the glass. The nose offers pepper, oak, rye, ripe apple, pear and vanilla. The palate is bold, with charred oak, rye spice, apple, pear, vanilla and caramel, and the finish is smooth, warming and clean.
