Devils River Distiller's Select is a Texas straight bourbon made from a 100% Texas mash bill, hand-selected by the distillery. It is bottled at 45% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
It sits above the core Devils River range, with a fuller character while keeping the house style.
The nose is caramel, vanilla and oak. On the palate it is rounded and warm, with brown sugar and toasted oak, and it finishes smooth with lingering sweetness and spice.
