Dewar's 15 Year Old Double Aged is a blended Scotch whisky in a 1.75L bottle, created by master blender Stephanie Macleod. Single malt and single grain whiskies, each aged for at least 15 years in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, are blended and then returned to oak casks for a further period of maturation.
The nose is sweet and floral, with golden honey, green apple, citrus peel and toffee. On the palate come tropical fruit, vanilla caramel and honey, with a touch of toasted oak and soft spice. The finish is medium in length and warm, with floral honey and soft oak.
