Dewar's 15 Years (70cl, 40%)

Dewar's 15 Years is a blended Scotch whisky bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is a blend of single malt and single grain whiskies that are each at least 15 years old, matured in sherry and bourbon casks. After blending, the whiskies are left to marry in vintage oak casks for several months. Aberfeldy single malt sits at the heart of the blend, contributing a heather honey flavour. At Aberfeldy the spirit is made with long fermentation in larch washbacks and distilled in tall pot stills.
