Dewar's 25 Year The Signature is a blended Scotch whisky in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 40% ABV. It is built around a 25-year-old Aberfeldy single malt, and every component whisky has been matured for at least 25 years.
The components are married and returned to oak casks for a further period, then finished in Royal Brackla single malt casks.
The nose is described as maple syrup, heather honey and stewed plum. On the palate come vanilla, honeycomb and toffee, and the long finish carries heather, cinnamon, clove and nutmeg.
