Secret Orkney is a 2000 Highland Park single malt, bottled at 52.6% ABV in a 70cl bottle by The Whisky Agency together with Sansibar. Highland Park was founded in 1798 in Kirkwall on Orkney and is the northernmost distillery in Scotland. Its water comes from Cattie Maggie's Quarry, a spring lying lower down. Orkney peat differs markedly from Islay peat, and heather sweetness is often cited as one of the distillery's core flavours.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
