Dewar's 32 Year Old Double Double is a blended Scotch whisky in a 37.5cl bottle, created by Master Blender Stephanie Macleod. Single malts and single grain whiskies are each aged separately for at least 32 years, then blended and rested, married together and rested again.
The final stage is a finish in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The whisky is deep mahogany in colour.
The nose is rich, with dark treacle toffee, ripe peaches, dark chocolate, raisins and figs. The palate is sweet and full-bodied, with molasses, fruitcake, roasted nuts and vanilla. The finish is very long, with dark chocolate, dried dark fruit and gentle oak spice.
