Dewar's Double Double 21 Year Old is a blended Scotch whisky, bottled at 46% in a 50cl bottle and non-chill-filtered.
It follows Dewar's double ageing process: malt and grain whiskies are aged and blended separately, aged again, then finished together in Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose has honeyed fruit, spiced nuts, vanilla bean and Oloroso sherry over gentle oak. On the palate are dried fig, orange peel, malted toffee and soft clove, with a creamy texture. The finish is long and warming, with nutty sweetness, soft spice and oak.
