This is Dewar's 8 Years Old French Calvados Cask, a blended Scotch whisky bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is finished in Calvados apple spirit casks and is the fifth release in a series of cask finishes.
It brings the Calvados finish to the double-aged Dewar's blend for the first time, giving a rich, full whisky that is approachable and smooth.
