This Dewar's self-fill bottling is a blended whisky distilled in 2013 and finished for four years and eight months in a rye whisky cask. It is 13 years old, bottled at its natural cask strength of 61.9% in a 70cl bottle, and only 258 bottles were filled.
It opens with sweet spice and a gentle oiliness, moving into orchard fruits and delicate florals, and ends on a long, warming finish of intense vanilla and nutmeg.
