Dhumat is a 17-year-old Highland single malt from Scotland, distilled in October 2008 and bottled in 2026 by Scotch Universe. It is bottled at cask strength, 54.9%, in a 70cl bottle, without chill-filtering or added colour.
The whisky spent its whole maturation in a first-fill Barolo wine barrique.
The nose offers ripe dark fruit and a gentle sweetness, with a warm, slightly spicy undertone. The palate is full and velvety, with a dense, fruity texture. The finish is long and warming, leaving fruity, lightly dry notes that fade slowly.
