This is a Bottled in Bond straight bourbon from the Doc Holliday range, a limited edition marking the gambler, gunfighter and dentist Doc Holliday. It was distilled in Kentucky and bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) in a 700ml bottle.
The Bottled in Bond designation means it was made by one distiller in a single distilling season, aged for at least four years in a bonded warehouse and bottled at 100 proof.
The flavour is described as caramel, vanilla, oak and baking spices, followed by a warming finish.
