Doc Holliday Huckleberry Flavoured Whiskey, called I'm Your Huckleberry, is a limited edition from the World Whiskey Society's Doc Holliday series and its first flavoured release. An American whiskey base is infused with mountain huckleberry and bottled at 35% ABV (70 proof).
The name borrows a line spoken by Doc Holliday in Tombstone, and the purple label carries a portrait of the gambler and gunfighter.
It pours deep ruby red with dark amber undertones. The nose brings huckleberries, vanilla, caramel and subtle oak. The palate is sweet, with ripe huckleberry jam, vanilla, caramel and light spice, and the finish is smooth and medium long, with lingering berry sweetness and gentle warmth.
