Doc Swinson's Blender's Cut is a straight bourbon blended by Jesse Parker, Doc's blender, from the base bourbon used in the Triple Cask Alter Ego releases. It is a mixture of a 36% rye bourbon and a 21% rye bourbon.
The bourbon lingers on the palate, bringing vanilla, apricots coated in brown sugar, peanuts and brown butter.
