Doc Swinson's Exploratory Cask El Cuerpo Straight Bourbon

Doc Swinson's Exploratory Cask El Cuerpo is a straight bourbon, and the third of three parts that make up the Alter Ego Triple Cask Bourbon. It adds a touch of Pedro Ximenez character to the blender's cut thirty-six twenty-one base blend. The Pedro Ximenez sherry butts came from Spain and held sherry for over 20 years. They bring traditional notes of dried figs, cherries and chocolate, and give the bourbon a stronger body. It is bottled at the blender's strength.
