A Dolcetto d'Alba from Ciabot Berton, grown on south-facing vineyards in the Roero hills. Ruby red with violet reflections, it shows fresh red fruits such as cherry and blackberry, delicate floral notes and a light bitter almond hint typical of the grape. Harmonious on the palate with soft, well-integrated tannins, it is aged mainly in steel to preserve varietal character and freshness. It pairs well with Piedmontese dishes such as tajarin with ragu or fresh cheeses.
