Dom Pérignon Champagne (75cl)

Dom Pérignon is the prestige cuvée of Moët & Chandon in Épernay, made only in years when the harvest is good enough. Each release is a vintage Brut Champagne reflecting a single growing season. The blend is Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from grand cru vineyards, including Épernay, Aÿ and Cramant, and it is aged for a minimum of seven years on lees before release. The nose combines ripe fruit, smoke, toastiness, tar, brioche and citrus. The palate is rich and generous, with sweetness and acidity in balance and fine bubbles. The finish is long and complex, and it develops over time.
