Domaine Laberdolive Bas Armagnac Domaine Juarrey 1993 is an Armagnac distilled in 1993 and aged in French oak barrels. It has an amber colour with golden and orange reflections, and a rich nose of dried fruit such as prunes and dates, with vanilla and cedar wood.
The palate is full and enveloping, beginning sweetly with honey and caramel before tobacco and dark spices. The finish is notably persistent, leaving a pleasantly spicy sensation with a slight astringency. It is suited to after-dinner drinking with chocolate desserts or aged cheeses.
