Domäne Wachau Riesling Achleiten (13.5%)

An elegant, complex white wine reflecting the Wachau terroir in Austria. It has an intense aromatic profile of ripe fruit, including peach, apricot and subtle green apple, with mineral sharpness from the rocky, steep Achleiten vineyards. In tasting it shows excellent acidity balanced by almost imperceptible sweetness, with mineral notes and touches of nutmeg and white pepper. It pairs well with seafood and lightly spiced Asian dishes.
