Domäne Wachau Singerriedel Riesling comes from the Singerriedel vineyard in the Wachau region of Austria. It is noted for a distinctive minerality, with aromas of mature white fruit such as peach and pear, field flowers and flinty notes. On the palate it is balanced and vibrant, with lively acidity. It works well as an aperitif and with Asian cuisine, seafood and baked fish.
