A traditional, agave-forward blanco tequila made from 100% Blue Weber agave cultivated in Jalisco, Mexico. It is produced using the tahona crushing method, with natural fermentation and distillation, and is bottled unaged.
The nose is bright and aromatic, with roasted agave, fresh citrus peel, herbal notes and a subtle mineral edge. The palate is clean and expressive, showing sweet cooked agave, lime zest and green herbs, supported by light pepper spice and gentle minerality. The finish is crisp and lingering, with agave sweetness, citrus brightness and a soft peppery lift.
