This is a single malt from Fettercairn, distilled in 2007 and bottled by Douglas Laing in 2022 for its Old Particular range. It matured for 15 years in a single refill hogshead and is bottled at 48.4% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring. The outturn is 141 bottles. The distillery's malt character shows in delicate orchard fruit, honeyed sweetness, vanilla and gentle oak spice.
