This Port Ellen 23 Year Old is a single cask Islay single malt Scotch whisky released by independent bottler Douglas McGibbon’s as part of its Provenance series. It was distilled in spring 1983 and matured in cask DMG2397 until summer 2006. The whisky was bottled at 46% ABV after its twenty-three years of maturation, without added colour or chill filtration.
