A 10-year-old Speyside single malt from the Whisky Druid range, Dragonjuice Batch #2, bottled at 50.2% ABV. It matured in a combination of three fortified-wine casks: sherry, ruby port and Portuguese moscatel. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The nose brings raisins, dark grapes and red currants. The palate is smooth and soft, with caramel sweetness giving way to ripe blackberries and a fine herbal spice. The finish is warm and of medium length, with fruity sweetness and light herbal notes.
