It was matured in a refill bourbon barrel, and the bottling is limited to 182 bottles.
The nose is creamy vanilla with a hint of cherry pie and sweet shortcrust pastry. The palate is sweet and buttery, with a delicate mixed spice, and the finish is warming and firmer than expected.
