This is a single cask Speyside single malt from Dufftown, distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2025 at 15 years old for the Infrequent Flyers series. After maturation it was finished in a Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheon, which adds a deep, dark fruit sweetness. Just 290 bottles were filled, at 55.7% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose shows raisins, dates, chocolate and spicy oak. The palate is full and complex, with dried fruit, caramel, spice and a velvety sherry sweetness. The finish is long and warm.
