This is a 23-year-old single grain whisky from Dumbarton, distilled in 2000 and bottled by Dràm Mòr at 57.1% ABV. It was matured in a refill bourbon barrel, cask 211885, and 182 bottles were filled. The colour is that of sunlit wheat fields.
The nose is creamy vanilla with a hint of cherry pie and sweet shortcrust pastry. The palate is sweet and buttery, with a delicate mixed spice running through it. The finish is warming and more robust than the palate suggests.
