Dunville's 10 Years Old Palo Cortado Cask is a single malt Irish whiskey from Belfast, bottled by Dunville & Co Limited at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The whiskey is ten years old and shaped by Palo Cortado sherry casks, which bring darker stone fruits to the glass.
Light tropical notes, dried mango, apricots and orchard fruit compote lead, giving way to toasted almonds, mocha coffee and banana bread. The sherry casks then add dark stone fruits, sultanas, figs and plum compote, with medium dryness and light touches of nutmeg and clove.
