Dunville's Three Crowns Irish Whiskey (70cl)

Dunville's Three Crowns is an Irish blend of aged whiskeys, finished in three sherry casks. It comes in a 70cl bottle. The sherry finish is the defining feature here, with oloroso casks bringing the final stage of the maturation after the wood spice and oak tannins have firmed up the palate. The nose is gentle, floral and sweet, with orchard fruits, nutty caramel, nougat and butterscotch. On the palate, malt sweetness gives way to orange, lemon, green apple, pepper and clove. The finish is soft and lingering, with walnut, nougat, vanilla and dried fruits.
