Eagle Rare is a Kentucky straight bourbon aged for no less than 10 years, bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle. Barrels are selected with care, which gives a consistent flavour from one bottle to the next.
The nose brings toffee, orange peel, herbs, honey, leather and oak. The palate is bold, dry and delicate, with candied almonds and very rich cocoa, and the finish is dry and lingering.
