Eagle Rare 30 is a Kentucky straight bourbon aged for 30 years, in a 75cl bottle. It is Buffalo Trace Distillery's oldest age-stated bourbon to date, released as a limited edition.
The barrels were aged in Warehouse P, one of the distillery's two purpose-built experimental warehouses, designed to test whether extended ageing can improve American whiskey as it does in more temperate climates such as Japan, Scotland and Ireland. It is the second Eagle Rare expression from that warehouse, following Eagle Rare 25, which debuted in 2023.
