Eagle Rare is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey aged for no less than ten years, bottled at 45% ABV in a 75cl bottle. Each barrel is selected individually, with the aim of a consistent flavour that still keeps a personality of its own.
On the nose it offers toffee, orange peel, herbs, honey, leather and oak. The palate is bold, dry and oaky, with candied almonds and very rich cocoa, and the finish is dry and lingering.
