Eden Mill – The Guard Bridge Blended Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 46%)

Eden Mill The Guard Bridge is a blended malt Scotch whisky, made from aged single malts that include Eden Mill's own St Andrews single malt. Head Distiller Scott Ferguson selected and married them. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 46%, non-chill filtered and of natural colour. The name comes from the original 15th-century, six-arched Guard Bridge, which linked St Andrews with its old trading port of Guardbridge. The blend sets the sweet, grassy and floral profile of the Lowlands alongside the robust, spicy and fruity character of Highland whiskies. Creamy vanilla, barley sugar and cereal sweetness lead to mellow oaky spice and light sherry fruit. The finish brings sherried fruit and light, warm gingerbread.
