A 10 year old Edradour single malt, the first bottling in the Equinox & Solstice series of independent bottlings from Decadent Drinks. It is bottled at 48.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It is a vatting of two first fill barrels, filled in 2010 and 2003. The series is built around themes of nature and original artwork, with each annual set of four bottlings, all at 48.5%, carrying work by a newly commissioned artist. The first set, for 2021, features artwork by E K Fitzgibbon.
The whisky is described as rich, sweet, spicy and robust, with the different ages balancing well together.
