Edradour 10 Year Old Distillery Edition is a Highland single malt from Perthshire, in a 70cl bottle. Edradour is one of Scotland's smallest distilleries and avoids modern automation in favour of traditional methods. This edition is matured in a combination of Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks.
The nose shows dried fruits, notably sultanas and figs, with toasted nuts and a hint of honeyed malt. The palate is viscous, with rich Oloroso sherry character, dark chocolate and gentle spice. The finish is long, with lingering oak and a subtle warmth.
