An 11 year old Highland single malt from Edradour, distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2026.
It was matured in first-fill Chardonnay hogsheads from the St. Michael-Eppan winery in Alto Adige, Italy, giving a white wine cask take on the distillery's robust, malty spirit.
Typical notes include ripe orchard fruit, lemon curd, vanilla and a gentle creaminess, with apple, pear and citrus, soft oak, honeyed malt and subtle buttery touches.
