Edradour 12 Year Old 'Caledonia' is a sherried single malt from the small distillery in Pitlochry, in a 70cl bottle. It was aged in Oloroso sherry casks from Spain. The whisky was selected for the folk singer Dougie Maclean and celebrates his song 'Caledonia'. Edradour was built in 1837 as a small farm distillery, and its tiny pot stills have a strong influence on its flavour profile.
