Edradour 12 Year Old Caledonia is a single malt from the small Highland distillery of Edradour. It takes its name from the well-known song by Dougie MacLean, who also signed this bottling, and the Scottish flag appears on the label.
The whisky was matured in first-fill and second-fill oloroso sherry casks. It has a mahogany colour and a rich range of aromas that come from that oloroso sherry maturation.
