This is a 25 year old Edradour single malt, distilled in 1999 and matured in a first fill Bordeaux cask, number 811. It was bottled in 2025 at 54.8% to mark the distillery's 200th anniversary.
The release is limited to 272 bottles. The Bordeaux cask gives the whisky depth and complexity, with layers of dark fruit, spice, chocolate and toasted vanilla.
