This Edradour was distilled in 2008 and bottled at 11 years old from a single cask, number 372, which gave 709 bottles. It is bottled at a cask strength of 58.3% ABV, in a 70cl bottle, after maturing in sherry casks.
Andrew Symington, owner of the independent bottler Signatory, bought Edradour in 2002. The distillery makes both an unpeated Edradour and the peated Ballechin, and Signatory's bottling has taken place on site since 2007.
The sherry-cask whisky is described as rich and moreish.
