A 25-year-old single cask Edradour, distilled in 1999 and bottled in 2025 for the distillery's 200th anniversary. Edradour has made single malt in Pitlochry since 1825.
Owner Andrew Symington gave this cask a quarter of a century in red wine, a Bordeaux hogshead numbered 811. It is one of two Bordeaux casks released for the anniversary.
The wine brings its fruity, dry character to Edradour's heavy, creamy house style.
