This is Elijah Craig Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon, released as the Official Bourbon of the 2025 PGA Championship at Quail Hollow. It was bottled by the Elijah Craig Distillery Co. in Bardstown, Kentucky, at 47% ABV, in a 750ml bottle.
The commemorative label carries Quail Hollow branding, and the release is a limited edition marking the golf event.
Tasting notes describe a nose of warm oak, toasted sugar and subtle baking spices. The palate is balanced caramel and vanilla with hints of nutmeg and charred oak, followed by a smooth, lingering finish.
